A degreed Mechanical Engineer with over fifteen years of tooling and equipment design experience as well as experienced and skilled Tool and Die makers are the heart of Jaken Industries, Inc. Such expertise combined with a thorough working knowledge of such technologies as CNC and CAD/CAM systems allows Jaken Industries, Inc. to provide highly technical and accurate designs. This assures a sound design before a job is released to the shop floor.

Dedication to Quality
Jaken Industries, Inc. operates on a "one man - one machine" concept that allows for the specialization of machining operations. This approach enable us to track and document the quality of all key operations in the fabrication process.
As such, when a part is processed and routed through the shop, regular inspection operations are performed. This provides a "Double" check on the quality of our work, first by the skilled personnel who produced the part and secondly by the competent inspector.
This quality control procedure combined with our routine maintenance program allows Jaken Industries, Inc. to offer replacement components for most of the tooling we produce. No longer will an entire machine or die need to be returned and fitted with a particular component
